Cabernet Sauvignon is all about the structure, and our ’06 is loaded with all the structural components of a great wine. The terroir of these mountain-grown grapes influences the solid tannins, great acidity and opulent fruit. Ripe currant and juicy blackberry flavors layer over spicy cedar and a thread of minerality that flows through the wine. Although there is just enough tannic roughness to know you’ve got a Cab in your glass, it is the velvety heart of juicy berries and spicy cedar that keeps you sipping.

Hand-harvested and fermented in open-top vats with three daily punchdowns.
